The entire coaching staff for the Arizona Diamondbacks have been retained the 2009 season under manager Bob Melvin.

Bench coach Kirk Gibson, third base coach Chip Hale and first base coach Lee Tinsley will enter their third season in their current roles.

Bryan Price will begin his fourth season as Arizona's pitching coach, Rick Schu will begin his second full season in his second stint as the club's hitting coach and Glenn Sherlock will enter his 12th season as Arizona's bullpen coach, Diamondbacks general manager Josh Byrnes announced.
